Fred passed away on May 11, 2015 in hospital after a year-long battle with cancer. He was 90 years old.
Fred joined the BMSMGC in 1995 becoming a Life Member in 2006.
Fred's interest in the game led to his involvement with the BCGA in Course Rating and as Rules Official for many local amateur tournaments.
