It’s time to register for next season.

1. This form is used to register all types of membership including Regular, Regular Life, Associate, Associate Life, and Prospective New.  Also, if you are choosing to Resign from the Club, it’s important that you also complete this form.

2. Please ensure that you register for the correct membership type. If you are unsure of your membership status for next season, please contact the Club’s Director responsible for Membership before completing this form.

3. Some fields are mandatory (marked *). Once you finish entering your data and click “Submit”, you must wait for a confirmation message to appear on your screen. If you do not see a confirmation message, you have not registered. Chances are you have errors (you might have left a mandatory field blank). If so, please go back and correct those errors and then click on “Submit” again. You will get a confirmation screen when your form is error free.

4. You will then receive an email explaining how to pay your dues. If not, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Membership Type and Fees

You are registering as either a Regular Member (RM), a Regular Life Member (RLM), an Associate Member (AM) or a an Associate Life Member (ALM). The annual fees for each are:

RM - Regular Member - $150

RLM - Regular Life Member - $110

AM - Associate Member - $75

ALM - Associate Life Member - $55

PNM - Prospective New Member - $120

R - Resigning

Please indicate your membership status for next season below.

Payment

You will receive instructions for payment in a separate email after you submit this registration.

PNM Payment

Please note that Prospective New Members (PNMs) cannot pay at an AGM. Please select "e-transfer" in the next section or if absolutely necessary "In Person".

Please Note: If paying "in-person" with cash or cheque, but not at the AGM, it is your responsibility to arrange a way to submit your payment that's convenient for the Club's Treasurer.

Resigning

We are sorry to hear that you are resigning. Thank you for taking time to inform the Board of your plans.

Phone Numbers

We increasingly find phone numbers on the Portal that are not current or are not accurately entered. Please take time to confirm your telephone numbers.

Your Address

After you complete this registration, you must update your address on the Club Portal. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the Portal's sidebar under "Post Scores in Handicap System & Update Contact Info". But please, finish this registration first.

Skills

The club relies heavily on volunteers for its day-to-day operations. Please use this section to indicate what skills you might have that can support the Club. Click on all that apply.

This is not a comprehensive list, please add any other skills that might help the Club by clicking on the "Other" field. 

Starter/Greeter Scheduling

All members are expected to act as a Starter/Greeter at least once each season. Please indicate the months you are available to take on this important role.

Scorer Scheduling

Each week we need members who can spend some time in the Bistro entering scores in a computer as foursomes complete their rounds. This important volunteer role requires only basic computer skills.

Prize Committee

The Club raises funds to support junior golf during our Spring Luncheon and Annual General Meeting. Collecting prizes and donating prizes are essential to the success of our fund raising.

If everything is OK, within 30 seconds, you will see a confirmation message on this screen and your  entries will be sent to our Membership Chair and our Club Secretary.

You will soon receive an email explaining how to pay your fee unless you are resigning.
