Application Form
Other than information you might provide on our Application Form, or in response to the occasional Member Survey, this site does not collect any personal information. If you choose to make a Membership Application or respond to a survey, that information is used solely by the club to administer your membership and operate the Club.
Once you become a member, your name, email address and telephone number are made available to other club members.
No information is shared with any other persons or organizations.
