This registration form is used by players in one of 3 circumstances, either a:

New Regular Member - PNM* becoming a Regular Member ($35 initiation fee + $65 annual fee = $100 Total)
Returning PNM - PNM remaining a PNM ($50)
New PNM - Waitlist Applicant becoming a PNM. ($50)

*PNM = Prospective New Member

PLEASE NOTE:

Fees for the 2022 season are temporarily lower than normal due to reduced expenses in 2021 related to event cancellations.
All Regular Members and Prospective New Members are required to play at least 12 games over the season.
